When we work with you as a Business Partner, we become your in-house HR, just not in-house. We partner with your leaders, managers and employees to provide the support of a full-scale HR function, without the high cost of a full team. This is best suited for businesses that don't need a full time HR function, or those who have HR admin but need to elevate the function.

HR Function Set Up
You're a scaling start up and want to lock in the HR fundamentals. You may be an established SME where the HR function has sat with a finance or operations team, or just with the GM as an overflow task.
We will come in and set up the function to ensure you can maintain compliance whilst also providing a strategic framework to lock in your culture.
We then hand it back to you (we can help you hire a HR team too!) or we can continue to work with you as a Business Partner.
